How do I join my church's Dwell subscription?

My church has provided Dwell for me, how do I join?

Whether you're brand new to Dwell or already have an existing account, here's how to get connected to your church's subscription.

I'm New to Dwell

  1. Get your church's unique sign-up link from your church admin. It will look something like https://dwellapp.io/signup/with/XXXXXXX

  2. Enter the link into your web browser (mobile or desktop)

  3. Scroll down and fill in your information to complete your sign-up

  4. Download the Dwell app to your mobile device and start listening! 🎉

I Already Have a Dwell Account

If you already have a Dwell account, you'll need to manually join your church's account to access your church's custom content. Here's how:

  1. Open a web browser and go to dwellapp.io — not the Dwell app

  2. Sign in with your username and password

  3. In the same browser, navigate to your church's landing page

Don't know your church's landing page? Reach out to your church account manager and they'll be able to share it with you.

4. Join your church account

5. Re-open the Dwell app on your phone

6. Log out and log back in — this step is important!

7. On the "Me" page, you should now see a link to your church's custom listening passages, playlists, and plans
