Understanding Plans and Playlists

What's the difference between Plans and Playlists?

Written by Jen Quirk

Plans

The heart behind Dwell's plans is to encourage listeners to experience God's Word daily, in a way that's sustainable and straightforward. We know that in order to live a life shaped by Scripture, we need to devote ourselves, through steady faithfulness, to the Word of God. Plans are designed to help our listeners do just that.

Each plan is built intentionally around a specific theme. They vary in length, but all include a daily reading.

To set a daily reminder: tap the bell icon next to any plan. You'll be prompted to choose the time of day and the day(s) of the week you'd like to be reminded.

Playlists

You can think of playlists inside Dwell just like playlists in your favorite music streaming app: Organized around a theme and designed to be listened to on an ongoing basis (just like your favorite album!).

Dwell creates playlists and plans on an ongoing basis, and also partners with like-minded individuals to do the same.

Subscribers can also create their own custom playlists. Learn more about that here.
